Expect notes of lemon zest, green apple and a gentle mineral edge that keeps every sip refreshing. Light, vibrant and effortlessly drinkable, it's a brilliant example of how expressive and enjoyable Aligoté can be.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Alain Pierre
Born into a Burgundy winemaking family dating back to 1620, Alain Pierre grew up working in the vineyards with his grandfather. At 14 he committed to winemaking and later studied at the prestigious Dijon Burgundian school, earning his National Diploma in Oenology in 1988. After gaining experience in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Bordeaux, and South Africa, he returned to lead the family cellar.
"Our aim with this Aligoté is freshness and purity. Harvested early to preserve its natural vibrancy, the wine shows bright citrus fruit and a clean mineral character that makes it wonderfully refreshing and versatile at the table." - Alain Pierre, Winemaker.
