Can I change the amount I pay each month?
Yes, you can change this anytime by logging into your Virgin Wines account. You can pay in between £15 and £100.
Am I locked in a contract?
No, there is no minimum contract so you’re free to cancel anytime.
Is my money safe?
The money you pay in is yours and kept in a separate ring-fenced account ready to be returned to you at any time. There's no long-term commitment. It was created with your convenience in mind, it's your money, and it's there for you to withdraw should you ever decide you can put that cash to better use.
Can I take a break?
Yes, you can take a payment holiday. This can be done in your Virgin Wines account.
