The Producer The Producer
The Canale family are considered pioneers of modern limoncello. Their story began on Capri in the early 1900s, when Vincenza Canale served her homemade lemon liqueur to guests at the family’s hotel. In 1988 her descendants transformed that treasured recipe into Limoncello Di Capri, becoming the first to trademark the name. Today, the family’s legacy lives on in every zesty, sun-soaked bottle.
