Château Fayau is a classic expression of Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, a lesser-known appellation on Bordeaux's Right Bank where many vineyards are planted on the hillsides, overlooking the historic town of Cadillac. Crafted by the Médeville family, this wine showcases the region's Merlot-led style with layers of plum, blackcurrant and strawberry fruit, complemented by notes of toast, vanilla and leather. Silky tannins and fresh acidity bring balance and length.
