The Winemaker The Winemaker
Roland de Sinety
Roland de Sinety has been the winemaker at Caves de Rauzan since 2021, overseeing the cooperative's entire wine portfolio. A graduate of the National Diploma of Oenology (DNO), he brings extensive experience crafting white wines in the Gers region and red wines in Buzet. His expertise has introduced a fresher, fruit-forward style to the reds while enhancing the aromatic complexity of the whites, particularly Sauvignon Blanc.
