David King
David (Dave to his mates) has been a winemaker in Australia since 2009, after a stint as a cellarhand in the Rhône Valley once he'd completed his degree in oenology at Adelaide University. Working with a strong and close team is really important to Dave - which is where his right-hand-man, Frank Mollo, comes in. Together they make an unstoppable team!
