Christine Cabri
Christine Cabri is passionate about promoting the exceptional typicity of South-West France's indigenous grape varieties. Born into a winemaking family in the Gers, Christine got her Diplôme National d'OEnologie in 1995. She started working in her native Gers then went to the Champagne region. After this, she stopped by Santa Rita and Concha y Toro in Chile, Chandon in Argentina and Torres in Spain. She came back to her native Gers in 2007 where she became head winemaker at Plaimont.
