The Wine The Wine
England
Region:Kent
Named after Skye, daughter of Balfour founder Richard Ellis, Skye’s Chardonnay is a vibrant and expressive English still wine crafted in the heart of Kent. Showcasing the purity and elegance of the Chardonnay grape, it offers aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh and beautifully balanced, with layers of green apple, lemon zest and a delicate mineral character leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. Sophisticated yet approachable, this is a versatile wine that perfectly captures the quality and character of modern English winemaking.
