Puglia is one of the most in-fashion Italian regions, very well known for its seemingly endless sunshine and the big rich red wines that come with that. But a new wave of modern winemaking has realised the potential of its white wines, where Fiano leads the pack. Long sunny days but cooling breezes from the coast allow Fiano's varietal character to shine. Lifted floral tones with subtle peach notes and citrus peel make for an engaging white that's excellent with green salads and Asian cuisine.

Focusing on vinifying by grape variety, and to extract the purest varietal expression, this gives us a huge palette of wines to play with when it comes to building our own wines. The winery's network of small local growers is vast and so, in any given vintage, there are many small-batch wines available to us, all hand-crafted and benefitting from the immense winemaking expertise of Ivano.
