In the 1960s the area had begun to develop sparkling wine production and, given the success it had met, starting in the 1970s I was consulted and involved as an oenologist by many companies in Franciacorta. I grew up here, and here I participated in successful projects, I couldn't help but fall in love with it, even though I collaborate with many companies throughout the country, it's always here that I come back to.
