Founded in 1885, Undurraga is one of Chile's oldest wineries, where over 140 years of tradition meets a pioneering spirit of innovation. Hernán Amenábar, a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, brings 35 years of vineyard and winery experience. Since joining the technical team in 2020, he has focused on crafting high-quality wines for export.
"The grapes were hand harvested in the last week of March 2025, picked at just the right moment to balance ripeness and freshness. They were gently pressed and the juice carefully settled before fermentation began. The wine was then fermented slowly in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright fruit flavours." - Hernán Amenábar, Winemaker.
