Inspired by Gaia, the Greek goddess of the Earth, this organic and biodynamic Malbec blend reflects the character of Gualtallary’s high-altitude vineyards. Crafted from hand-harvested Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are co-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for at least eight months in seasoned French oak. Layers of violet and plum with red and black berries unfold over silky tannins and refreshing acidity, creating a full-bodied yet beautifully balanced expression of place.

Domaine Bousquet was founded in 1997 when the Bousquet family planted high-altitude vineyards in Gualtallary, blending French heritage with Andean terroir. Now a benchmark for organic wines, the estate's winemaking team is led by Rodrigo Serrano, who crafts elegant, expressive wines with a focus on innovation.
