This Malbec is crafted from 100% organic Malbec grown at over 1,200 metres above sea-level in the Uco Valley. Hand-harvested and made to kosher standards, it is fermented in stainless steel with no oak ageing to preserve purity and freshness. Produced by Domaine Bousquet, pioneers of sustainable practices and certified organic winemaking in Argentina, it offers vibrant dark fruit, bright acidity and a clear expression of high-altitude terroir, with no-added-sulphites.
