This cool climate means that the grapes ripen slowly and, by allowing them to take their time, they become rich in flavour and blessed with a lovely harmony. Crowded Hour celebrates this idea of being unrushed, allowing nature to take its course and this red berry Pinot with a little savouriness is testimony to this.
