The Billy Bosch range is our signature South African collection and celebrates the traditions of the country's grape farmers, who today are still the backbone of the industry. We carefully selected the finest dry-grown Cabernet Sauvignon to create an enigmatic red wine that is full of character. Great depth and high-tannin qualities naturally complement the jammy, fruity notes which are rounded off by a light, spicy, herbal, moreish, warming finish.

Jacques Theron
Jacques Theron earned his Viticulture & Enology degree from Stellenbosch in 2003 and has been devoted to winemaking ever since. Now Senior Winemaker at Riebeek Valley Wine Co., he focuses on expressing the Kasteelberg's diverse terroir, crafting wines that showcase purity, place and vintage character.
