Nowhere else makes a sparkling red that is as rich and rounded as Australia and this is a banger. Deep crimson purple in the glass, aromas are bold yet refined. Ripe blackberry and black cherry are interwoven with nuances of dark chocolate, star anise and a subtle peppery spice. On the palate, the wine is richly textured, concentrated layers of dark fruits, hints of liquorice and a savoury earthiness that gives balance to its generosity. A wine with polish and depth that only premium Shiraz fruit, traditional sparkling winemaking and careful blending can achieve.

We have no intention of settling for all the wins we've had, we're going to continue to push the boundaries and bring you truly exceptional wines that always carry his signature drinkability.
