A bright, zingy Chenin that showcases the work of two of the Loire valleys most esteemed growers, Romain and Roland Guiberteau. This bottling is part of a side project that allows them to explore winemaking and sourcing of grapes from outside of their estate. Notes of green apple, and quince underpinned by a fine chalky minerality. Vibrant citrus notes, wrapped around stone fruit, and subtle almond tones before a finish that is exceptionally mouthwatering.

A side-project of Romain and Roland Guiberteau, drawing on organically farmed fruit from both younger estate vines and trusted growers across villages like Berrie, Montreuil-Bellay and Puy-Notre-Dame. The team crafts wines under the 'Les Moulins' label, following a philosophy of minimal intervention to craft relaxed, terroir-driven wines that are open, precise and utterly unpretentious.
