Hand selected from some of South Australia's most prized vineyard sites, fermented separately and then seamlessly blended. With only 500 cases made, it's a vibrant, shapeshifting red that balances plush fruit, warming spice and structure to perfection. Drinking now or carefully stash away and it'll evolve, given the chance.

The 5OS Project celebrates the creative diversity of modern Australia. The winery, located in the heart of the McLaren Vale, is where the team, headed up by Steve Grimley, focus on crafting truly unique wines on a very small scale. Sometimes just a few hundred bottles, so be prepared for small moments of disappointment when something sells out. We say small moments because the range will always have interesting backups for you to go at. The wines in bottle will wow you with their intensity and character and the packaging is nothing short of incredible, often adapted from artwork produced by talented local artists. To sum it up, the 5OS Project is an ever-evolving collection of wine releases, hand-crafted by a team of incredibly talented, elite individuals.
