A winery's cellar is one of those few special places that can be described as magical, and one that perfectly captures the essence of winemaking. This wonderful white was blended in the cellar (albeit not a dusty, dark cave underground) in the heart of the Western Cape. A vibrant and rounded white with layers of orchard fruit and a lick of citrus freshness and a finish, which is balanced and engaging.
