María Moral
María’s passion for sustainable winemaking perfectly embodies the spirit of the winery. For her, wine is not just a product - it is a living reflection of the land, culture and people behind it. With a degree in Food Science and Technology, she conducted her final research project in collaboration with IMIDRA in Madrid, focusing on experimental vineyards and sustainable practices, and is currently completing a degree in Oenology.
