This Sangiovese is the perfect blend of traditional with a modern twist. The addition in the blend of a hint of Ancellotta highlights and lifts the black cherry fruit flavours and spicy notes that have always been present in a classic Sangiovese wine. Pairs excellently with classic tomato-based Italian dishes.
