This textural white is crafted from three vineyard sites, hand-selected for the depth and quality of the fruit they yield.
A Rhône-Valley-inspired blend of three grape varieties – 70% Chenin Blanc, 20% Grenache Blanc and 10% Marsanne.
The savoury edge and bright pineapple fruit character make it an excellent drop to pour with creamy sauces or richer shellfish dishes.

Here, our buyer Dave has worked on this Rhône-Valley-inspired blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne by choosing wine from only the best sites to put into this textural white. As a result, he has managed to balance refreshing pineapple alongside a signature savoury note to create a white ideal for all occasions.

You really need to focus on the small stuff in the vineyards through to the bottle because if you slip up on any part, the wine won't be any good. For me, wine is made in the vineyards and I'm just there to guide it into the bottle with limited intervention, keeping it pure and not fake.
