Our fruitful partnership with Henners has delivered this exceptional English sparkling wine, drawn from select vineyard rows. Crafted with winemaker Collette O'Leary, it combines reserve wines with a touch of barrel-fermented Chardonnay to add depth and roundness. Bright citrus, Cox apple and pear are layered with brioche richness, leading to a long, refined and elegantly poised finish.

Collette O'Leary
The Henners wines are made by a small team of just three people: Collette, Will and Samantha. They are involved in every aspect of wine production; from grape to glass. In fact, each team member will handle every bottle two or three times before release and has oversight of every element. Collette joined the team as Head Winemaker in 2019 and really is a tour de force. She oversees the day to day running of the Estate and all aspects of wine production at Henners. Her mission has been to reinvigorate the brand and develop the winery with cutting edge technology to make sure every wine is flawless.
