The Wine The Wine
Australia
Region:Barossa Valley
Semillon, originally known as the grape of Sauternes, has made a fantastic new home down under. In the Barossa Valley, with its warmer climate, they have reinvented Semillon in the classic Australian style. With lifted aromatics of orange blossom, lemon, and sugar snap peas, it is the perfect refreshing tipple for all occasions. Served chilled alongside a seafood salad or chicken satay for the ultimate treat.

"This wine is aromatic and lifted. Displaying summer florals of orange blossom alongside notes of lemon and sugar snap peas. All balanced with the warmth and acidity original to the Barossa Valley." - Steve Grimley, Winemaker.
