The fruit for El Nubarrón is mainly sourced from vineyards in the moderate, cool Casablanca region, which is the perfect home for Sauvignon. Founded in 1885, Undurraga is one of Chile's oldest wineries, where over 140 years of tradition meets a pioneering spirit of innovation. Hernán Amenábar, a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, brings 35 years of vineyard and winery experience. Since joining the technical team in 2020, he has focused on crafting high-quality wines for export.
