Region:This is a truly stunning bottle of fizz that has incredible depth of flavour. Crafted here in the UK down in Hampshire where they use the same techniques as they do in the Champagne region of France. A rich nose that is buttery with a little burnt toast, nice general red fruit characters, some raisin, cherries and plenty of intensity. It is fully ready to dive into right away but if you can keep a bottle, it will be great in a few years, developing extra richness from some additional time in bottle.
