Château La Raze Beauvallet lies in the heart of the Médoc, and the vineyards surround the 19th century Château. The vines benefit from a gravel and fossil rich soil, and the careful attention given in both the vineyard and winery means that Château La Raze Beauvallet has achieved the honoured status of a Cru Bourgeois for over 60 years. This vintage has some bottle age, so expect tell-tale aromas of tobacco from this Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend, with Merlot, Petit Verdot - and a touch of Cabernet Franc.
