This region is red-hot in terms of hype and is home to many of the Cape's most exciting winemakers. Here the dry-farmed vines produce tight crops of excellent-quality grapes. Billy Bosch Highwire Chenin Blanc is made from the finest dry-grown bush-vines. Winemaker Willie Stofberg harnesses this naturally formed nectar to create an enigmatic and characterful white with plenty of weight. Pear and orchard fruit leads on to a seamless citrus and mineral-laden finish. Simply ravishing.

Willie Stofberg
Willie is an experienced winemaker who is passionate about the South African wine industry with all its diversity. He started at Du Toitskloof Winery in 2010 and felt it would be a great fit as they are a young, forward thinking and innovative winery. He also loves the outdoors and when he's not hard at work he can be found camping with his wife and 2 daughters.
