Graceful and beguiling, Provence rosé tends to command a higher price than other rosés. With many pushing £20 per bottle, we found this elegant example from a small co-op which offers exceptional value for money. Sadly it's not had Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie walking through the vineyard like at Miraval, but it has all the great taste of this iconic style without the aspirational price tag.

Clement Lagana
Clément is the new cellar master at Maîtres de Vignerons de Vidauban. It is a cooperative which was founded in 1912, and it operates a vineyard located in the heart of the AOC appellation of Côtes de Provence in the Var department. They specialise in wines made from Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Cabernet, and have a rich terroir benefiting from the Mediterranean climate.
