Introducing the lively Brio Soave, a classy little number that is going to bowl over anyone who thought Pinot Grigio and Gavi were the only Italian whites on the wine list. In the heart of Veneto, the capital of Soave production, we find Edoardo Lessio with his wealth of winemaking experience. The new offering of Soave is just as vibrant, made with the racy Italian grape Garganega. Underpinned by almonds, crunchy apple and the prominence of pear, this delightful wine is as fresh as a daisy, to be enjoyed solo or relished over three hour lunches. Its versatility knows no bounds, so would be right at home with simple dishes such as fresh egg pasta or haddock fish cakes and radicchio salad.

Edoardo Lessio
Born in the city of Milan, it didn't take long for the pull of the countryside to influence Edoardo's direction in life. Agricultural school and food and science studies created the foundation of knowledge that took him to Tuscany to enter into the world of wine. After winemaking stints in France and South Australia, Edoardo now lives in Veneto where he applies his wisdom to Soave, making really crisp and classic whites.
