This Sauvignon Blanc hails from a fine single site in a unique desert-influenced location, where searing sun coaxes the grapes to perfect ripeness, whilst cooling breezes provide welcome coolness, imbuing the fruit with great depth of flavour. It shows tight and bright tropical fruit but remains restrained and controlled with a lovely refreshing edge to it. A singular expression of a unique and special place.
