Another blinder of a Shiraz from the guys at the 5os Project in the McLaren Vale! A super dense red loaded with vibrant fruit. It is heavy and light at the same time, which makes for an intriguing glass of wine. This is exactly what we've come to expect from these small batch wines. Wines that make you sit up and go "WOW!" Wines to get you thinking about their flavour character and give you something you won't find in purely commercial offerings.

Fuse Winemaking Team
We have now been working with the Fuse team for more than a decade blending up precisely to our stylistic needs. They have consistently supplied excellent wine with the flavour profiles we have developed together for our customers, from everyday standards right through to the more funky and esoteric. A great partnership.
"I'm only a couple of years or so late on writing this one up, luckily for all concerned it appears the wine is the biggest benefactor. After repeated badgering from Col, I took a bottle of this one home last night after hearing Annie had a dish of lasagna in the oven awaiting. It's lovely and black with plenty of brightness in the glass, nothing overt aromatically but there's a hint of really nice polished leather and some flinty graphite. Again the palate isn't instantly forthcoming, it's tightly woven with just a smidgen of earthy dark chocolate, the bitter type, and a pleasant but tense finish." – Steve Grimley, Winemaker.
