Fully hand-harvested and made from a masterful blend of Garganega, Trebbiano and Cortese, it's vibrant, layered and effortlessly elegant. Expect orchard and tropical fruit lifted by minerality and a long, nutty finish.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Chiara Cattaneo
After graduating from the University of Milan in 1997, Chiara started working as a winemaker with Antinori. She worked at the headquarters in San Casciano Val di Pesa (Florence), where she held the role of coordinator winemaker. In 2012, she became the production manager of the Antinori winery in Chianti Classic before joining Gruppo Italiano Vini in 2015 at the Bolla cellar as a winemaker. In 2023, she began collaborating with Vitevis, and from 2025 she will be in Castelnuovo del Garda.
