This is a multi-regional effort, bringing together blockbuster Barossa power, the elegance of Coonawarra and the classic freshness of Padthaway. This Aussie vintage is the result of naturally lower yields which provided top-class grapes for winemakers to work with. We recommend you decant, if you can, and serve with stacked baps of slow-cooked shoulder of pork, crackling with sausage meat and apricot stuffing.
