What could be better than harnessing the ethereal perfume of just-ripe Shiraz, then using its natural sweetness to partner a gentle fizz? Not much, we think. Like blitzing a raspberry liqueur with a spoon of vanilla icecream and a couple of spoons of Lapsang Souchong: a fizzy fruit bomb with hints of cream and smoke. Exciting stuff and everyone should have a go. Heady and hedonistic, it really is good with dark chocolate. Can be consumed at any time, any place (legalities permitting).
