Bodegas Hidalgo is widely considered to be one of Spain's leading Manzanilla producers, and En Rama is released bi-annually in limited quantities using only 35 of the best casks. It is a very special Sherry because it is made from lightly filtered, un-fined, pure free run juice direct from the barrel having spent 8 years in the Solera. This makes it more intense and complex - it's like dipping your glass directly into the barrel.
