Either way, what you get here is one hell of a mouthful of wonderful full-bodied Champers with a beautiful balance of rich fruit, yeasty creaminess and nutty maturity.

"Special Cuvée is composed of over 85% Grand and Premier crus of the 3 main Champagne varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. There is a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit and spicy aromas with hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches. In the mouth, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity. Bubbles like velvet, with pear, brioche and spicy notes, as well as notes of fresh walnut." - Émilien Boutillat, Winemaker.
