It is quite rare that whisky houses upgrade their signature expressions, but that is exactly what Glenmorangie have done. Replacing their former 10-year-old Original as the core expression in the range. The idea was simple really, to elevate the flavour profile, sticking to the originals principal characters and flavours, but ramping up the orange, vanilla, peach and honey to a new impressive level. We think the team have done an excellent job and we expect a seamless transition of fans of the 10 to the new improved 12.

Founded in 1843, Glenmorangie is one of Scotland’s most famous and iconic distilleries and crafts a range of wonderful expressions that are adored all over the world. Glenmorangie means ‘Valley of Tranquillity’ in Gaelic, and founders William and Anne Matheson decided it described their remote location perfectly and settled on it as the name of the distillery.
