This golden rum contains a blend of 25% pot still which we balance with 75% column still spirit to produce a delicious Jamaican rum that is ideally suited for mixing. It was aged in ex-bourbon barrels to soften and add layers of sweet spices. The finished bottling has lifted toffee notes and plenty of tropical fruit character.

The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
A delicious golden rum that is ideal for making cocktails, especially a refreshing punch. You can make this on a larger scale, just double and triple up, but for a classic single cup punch... add 50ml of golden rum to a shaker loaded with ice, add 20ml of fresh lime juice, a dash of Angostura bitters and a little simple syrup. Shake it up, strain into highball class, half filled with crushed ice, top up with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
