The Edinburgh Gin Story began in 2010 with the launch of their now iconic Classic London Dry. Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, wanted to make a traditional dry gin but include plenty of native Scottish botanicals in the recipe, namely pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. As a small-batch distiller, they produce a dynamic range of gins for all occasions. Every bottle of Edinburgh Gin is produced at our West End and Leith Distilleries to their very exacting high-standards.

Bottled at 43% ABV, this classic Edinburgh Gin makes for a wonderfully refreshing G&T. We've had a play around and think it is best served with a zesty orange twist and premium Indian tonic water, served in your favourite gin glass with plenty of ice.
