- We keep the botanicals from our original London dry recipe the same - juniper, citrus peel, star anise, orris root, angelica & cassia bark!
- Once distilled and given a resting period we add ripe sloe berries, age in small batches until perfectly balanced.
- This is the go-to gin for the colder months - it tastes and reminds of the season the sloe berries ripen in!

We take our customer favourite exclusive Distil:31 Gooseneck London Dry Gin, with its juniper heavy botanical base and steep it with perfectly ripe seasonally harvested sloe berries. The results deliver us with a delicious seasonal gin liqueur (not that it can't be enjoyed all year round) that we're absolutely thrilled with. We love the deep plummy flavours and that hint of sweetness that seem to wrap up that classic London dry piney juniper tang in a soft duvet. We await your thoughts!
