This limited-production Shiraz is crafted to mark a quarter-century of winemaking excellence and is a celebration of both heritage and place. Produced in the heart of South Australia's famed McLaren Vale and made exclusively from hand-selected Shiraz, this wine is a testament to the artistry and dedication of one of our longest-standing winemakers. Forget what you knew about Argentina's favourite white, Torrontes. Veni Vidi Vici rewrites the script - it came, it saw, it conquered - with vibrant lemon, mandarin, herbs and a touch of florality. From San Juan, just north of Mendoza, where higher vineyards (630m) bring extra freshness. Refreshing and lightly textured, the palate is clean and refined with a long and memorable finish.

This is a lovely grape variety when made well, with an excellent ability to express its origin - in this case, the sun-soaked vineyards of Sicily. Lovely, ripe stone fruit lifted by refreshing citrus and a mineral edge to the finish thanks to the limestone-rich soils these vines were grown in. This is a great all-rounder but pairs superbly well with chicken in all its guises.
