Arthur Ostertag
Arthur Ostertag is the third generation to farm these Alsace vineyards, founded by his grandfather in 1966 and shaped by his father André, a pioneering and influential winemaker. Today, Arthur leads the estate with the same bold spirit, focusing on biodynamic farming and the nuance of each individual plot. Working across 13 hectares, he seeks to express terroir over varietal character, continuing a legacy of innovation while honouring the region's traditions.
