The Wine

Country of origin:

Australia

Region:

Margaret River

This is an exceptional bottling from some of Western Australia's most prized vineyards in the Margaret River region. Chardonnay has found a particular presence amongst the varied slopes and coastal microclimates, producing wines with elegance and poise. It is ripe and inviting on the nose with classic characteristics of stone fruits, nutty nougat and a lick of fresh citrus. The palate is delightfully fresh with notes of nectarine, finishing on an intriguing and engaging note of green apple skin.

I didn't even finish the first glass. This tasted awful & even had a worst after taste. I wouldn't award this any points if possible.

Susan

Fruity - citrus and plum. Fresh. Longish finish. Very nice but not my favourite,
