The Wine The Wine
New Zealand
Region:Marlborough
Aurora Sound celebrates the wonder of the Aurora Australis as it sweeps across the sky above the vineyards and ocean sounds that characterise the Marlborough region. That same live pulse and energy flows through this crisp Sauvignon Blanc displaying bright aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and lime. Complemented by hints of minerality and cut grass, this wine is made to be enjoyed chilled on its own as an aperitif or alongside a zesty prawn linguine.

"If you've ever seen the Aurora Borealis, or its southern cousin the Aurora Australis, you know how magical it is. That's exactly how I felt tasting this wine for the first time. It's bursting with bright, vibrant fruit. An incredible example of the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc style we all know and love." - Issy Wardlow, Wine Buyer.
