Just outside the ancient city of Rome, our winemaker Ivano Emiliani is working to create a beautifully fresh Pinot Grigio. Lazio is renowned for bold and fruity Pinot Grigio. By working with the volcanic soils, Ivano has managed to maintain the fresh and zingy acidity whilst creating sumptuous notes of lychee and pear. As a result, this wine is perfectly balanced and harmonious. A great tipple to be enjoyed chilled, in the sun.
