Chardonnay has been demonised for far too long - but El Nubarron is Chardonnay in its purest form: fruit driven and refreshing! This one comes from the foothills of the Andes, which gives it a freshness and lively acidity due to the great thermal tides of energizing cool air moving down from higher altitudes above as well as the fresh coastal breezes from the west. It is the balance between this zippy acidity and the ripe fruits that make this such an effortlessly drinkable white wine!

Jose Miguel Ovalle
After studying Oenology, Jose Miguel created his first vintage in 2000. He then spent the next few years between his homeland of Chile and Spain, gaining further experience. However in the last decade he has remained on Chilean soil due to his passion for the land and his love of the wines it creates.
