The Mediterranean climate of Barossa Valley enables the grapes to develop concentrated characteristics. Steve Grimley then works his magic: turning these prestigious grapes into wine, which is then aged in oak barrels for nine months before further bottle aging. This allows it to develop notes of cedar and velvety dark chocolate which mingle with the powerful dark cherry fruit.
