The winemaker here, Maureen Paillet, has a special passion for the land and makes this classic blend from vines she considers to be sustainable. These vines are tended by hand to maximise the quality of the fruit. Because of this she's managed to produce a delightful red that's both soft and rich and has a generous sunshine character. Expect raspberries and liquorice on the nose with the same on the tongue, only boosted with a swath of dark morello cherry flavour.
