Region:Vina Albali is made like a normal Sauvignon Blanc, from sun ripened grapes grown in central Spain. After fermentation the alcohol is then extracted from the wine by modern spinning cone technology which is a non-aggressive, complex and sophisticated process. This means that the varietal characteristics in the wine remain, but the alcohol content is reduced to less than 0.5% abv for those who are looking for a grownup non-alcoholic alternative to fizzy pop. The expressive, fresh and intense aromas in this wine are perfect to enjoy with light tapas, salads and pasta dishes.
